On January 29, 2020, we had the pleasure of welcoming a distinguished delegation led by Prof. Mustafa Bayram, Head of the Food Engineering Department at Gaziantep University Faculty of Engineering. The group included esteemed international academicians and enthusiastic students. Hosting such a meaningful visit at Değirmen Makine was both an honor and a source of pride for us.

During the visit, we provided the delegation with an in-depth presentation about the innovative machines we develop and produce, our manufacturing processes, and the strong position of Turkey in the milling machinery industry. The delegation had the opportunity to learn not only about the technical features of our machinery but also about our contributions to the sector and our vision for the future. A lively discussion was held on the current state of the industry, its competitive strength in international markets, and emerging trends.

Chairman of the Board of Değirmen Makine, Mr. M. Selçuk Ataseven, expressed his gratitude for the visit, stating, “It is a great pleasure for us to host such a valuable delegation from the academic community. Collaborating with a prestigious institution like Gaziantep University is promising for the future of our industry. It is a true motivation for us to inspire young engineering students and share knowledge with them.”

During the visit, the delegation had the chance to examine our machinery closely and observe our production processes firsthand. We were particularly delighted by the enthusiasm of the food engineering students, who asked insightful questions and showed great interest in developing themselves in this field.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Prof. Mustafa Bayram, the esteemed academicians, and the students for honoring us with their presence. At Değirmen Makine, we are always eager to strengthen collaborations with academia and participate in knowledge-sharing projects.

This visit marked an important step for both academia and the industry. As Değirmen Makine, we remain committed to supporting the engineers of the future and contributing to advancements in the milling machinery sector.
