MCC control boards

It is greatly emphasized that all equipments and switchgear materials we use in our boards are quality-certifi cated products.

In industrial-type boards; fi rst, the products we manufacture with our own group logo, and PLCs and equipment, which are produced under our designs, are used as switchgear material elements.

Filter control systems

The filter control system consists of independent relay outlets. Outlets are optionally manufactured as 24 V DC or 220 V AC. Settings of outlets activating air discharge valves;

AIR: Sets the active periods of discharge valves

SPEED: Sets the time between air discharge valves

Roller control systems

We specially produce and design the roller control system, and create its software, to be used in rollers we manufacture.

• Sets the revolution of the single-phase motor,

• Measures the current of the main motor,

• Gives the outlet according to the of the fullness of the scale,

• Displays motor loading %,

• Synchronized operation,

• Provides easy integration to automation system,

• Notifi es the oiling time of the mechanical system,

• Monitors all malfunctions and warnings on the machine.
