JET PLUS FILTER (PULSE VALVE)

The Jet Filter is designed to separate air- dust mixture, to retain dust and discharge clean air through the stack.

It enables to discharge air from flour which is generally transported by air with pneumatic systems or from internal systems, and filters molecules carried with the air current, and retains them in the system.

The filter can be used in vacuum and pressurized systems. The jet filter is produced in two separate modules.

Model 1 operates with a diaphragm and a blower. Model 2 operates with pulse solenoid valve and a compressor.

1-It is used for dusty air at a flow rate of 2.5 -800 m/m.

2-The operating pressure is between min 0,3 and max.

3-0,5 bar. Air consumption is 35-40 NL/bag/unit/ pulse/min.

The cylindrical filter housing rotates the entering dust molecules and directs them to the bottom due to their specific gravity, and dust molecules that stick to the bag are purged by pressurized air blown into the bag from the opposite direction, causing the bag to shake. With this application, bag pores remain clean and maximize air permeability.

Thanks to the air tank integrated to the filter, no other tank is needed. Various types are available according to capacity.
