MICRO DOSING

It is designed as a volumetric proportioner for bulk products encountered in the food processing industry.

It enables to precisely feed fi lter powder or pulverized granular materials in Flour & Semolina plants and return the same back to the system. In various applications, it helps to blend or mix proportionally any granular materials required to be feed at certain rates.

It also ensures to collect in point and return back to the system the granular materials of all stages by means of an interstage assembled collection container for granular materials from machines in fl our and semolina industry.

It ensures to mix and blend granular materials by means of pallets in the machine, and the screw conveyor at the bottom returns the mixed product back to the system.

It ensures highly sensitive feeding by rotating a gear-motor at desired speed by means of an inverter.
