DISTRIBUTOR

Rotating-chamber product distributor for equal feeding of control sieves

A dynamic flow-distribution unit for direct integration onto the upper inlet lines of controlsieve
units. It ensures the product arriving from high-capacity product lines is fed (distributed)
to the sieve surfaces and boxes inside the control sieve in fully equal, orderly amounts with no
blind spots. It optimises grading quality by preventing the sieves from overloading or working
inefficiently.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Upper axial entry of the raw-material mass — central flow reception: the finished-flour mass arriving at high speed from silos, grist lines or conveyors is taken in by gravity through the main inlet throat positioned at the distributor’s upper centre. Reducer-driven continuous-rotation kinematics — driven rotating-chamber distribution: the inner rotating-chamber mechanism, driven by a high-torque geared motor integrated into the body, performs a continuous rotation on a circular axis; the flour entering at the centre is transferred to the peripheral outlet ports with centrifugal stability through this rotating chamber. Uniform curtain to the control-sieve boxes — equal-volume multi-channel discharge: the rotating chamber divides the product flow, without interruption, in exactly equal amounts across all the distributor’s outlet ports; the uniform flour flow from the outlets is fed with perfect homogeneity to the box decks of the control sieve below.

KEY ADVANTAGES

• Maximum sieving performance for control sieves. The design mounted directly onto control sieves reliably prevents the situation where part of the boxes inside the sieve stay empty while another part is blocked by overload; ensuring full use of the sieve-cloth surfaces, it maximises sieving efficiency.

• Reducer-driven rotating-chamber technology. The inner distribution mechanism takes its power directly from a heavy-duty geared motor connected to the shaft; unlike passive gravity flaps, it delivers a dynamic, forced distribution that allows the flour no sticking, bridging or clogging.

• Uniform volumetric-distribution stability. The multiple outlet ports placed around the body at precise angles, combined with the rotating-chamber rotation, capture a flawless flow equality (%) across all outlet lines.

• Modular design to suit the sieve need. For full fit to the hourly capacity, deck count and outletpipe configurations of the control sieve onto which it is integrated, it is made specially in different industrial capacities and with different outlet-port counts.

ENGINEERING NOTE

The distributor (rotary distributor) is a strategic pre-regulator guaranteeing mechanical stability and flour quality at the final sieving stage before packaging. The dust-tight rigid body eliminates flour escape into the environment even during high-speed rotation. The direct-coupled reducer system offers minimum maintenance, while feeding flour onto the sieve surface as a uniform curtain extends the sieve cloths’ life against mechanical tearing and fixes the specific sieving capacity (t/h) at its maximum.
