Industrial recovery and pre-packaging safety station
A combined grading-and-recovery system for returning to the process the return products coming back for various reasons from the bagging, packaging or bulk-loading lines (burst sack, faulty weighing, batch changes, etc.) and simultaneously performing the final pre-packaging safety control in flour, semolina and feed mills. Thanks to its strong mechanical base, it definitively removes the foreign matter that may have come from the external environment and reduces internal raw-material loss to zero.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Combined feed and mass regulation — return and in-line reception: the return flour from the plant’s packaging floor or the finished products sifted from the production line are fed inside through the machine’s upper collection funnel; the rigid chassis damps sudden bulk loads, creating a stable flow area. Eccentric-balanced high-frequency sieving — centrifugal kinetic separation: the mechanism working on the centrifugal principle performs a high-frequency circular oscillation optimised by adjusting the weight angles on the drive shaft; the product spreads as a uniform curtain over the sieve-cloth surface and is graded rapidly. Raw-material recovery and dust-free discharge — bidirectional safe discharge: the cleaned flour successfully sifted through the sieve apertures is recovered (as a return) straight back into the main line or packaging silos from the lower outlet cone, while the thread, paper, coarse residue or foreign matter remaining on the sieve is removed from the system through the discharge channel.
KEY ADVANTAGES
- Process optimisation: In a single monoblock body it both ensures the safe recovery of the packaging-line return products into the system and takes on the role of the final pre-packaging control sieve, certifying food safety (HACCP).
- Adjustable centrifugal force and vibration amplitude: The angle of the eccentric weight blocks in the drive group is adjustable precisely; this flexibility allows the maximum sieving capacity ($t/h$) to be captured for the moisture/flowability character of the flour or semolina.
- Modular sieve-box combinations: The sieve boxes in the machine are produced to industrial standards; for the plant’s hourly recovery and sieving targets, it is configured flexibly with a single-deck sieve-box matrix.
- Easy mounting and integration via the “monoblock chassis”: It is built on an independent rigid carrier chassis; this compact design allows extremely easy, fast mounting onto existing packaging lines or sub-silo platforms with no extra carrier construction.
- Zero-emission dust-tight structure: Through the highly flexible, food-grade sealing elements between the moving body and the static connection points, dust escape to the environment during high-speed vibration is reliably prevented.
ENGINEERING NOTE
The return-product & control sieve is a strategic safety valve safeguarding, in flour mills, both economic efficiency (loss management) and product-quality standards. The sack thread, packaging waste or storage-borne lumps that may be present in the return flour are mechanically separated by the machine’s circular centrifugal force without damaging the flour particles.
