LIGHT GRAIN SEPARATOR

It is designed to separate light substances and substances with diff erent density in the cereals.

The sifter is adjusted breadth-wise and length-wise to ensure that cereals falling on steel wire mesh which is specially woven are homogenously spread over the sifter, driven by vibrating motors. Cereals are caused to fuse on the sifter with the help of an integrated aspirator, and cereals whose specifi c gravity has been reduced on the sifter are released upward with blows on heavy grains by the weft of steel wire, and light grains are fl oated through the air bag created by the air current, and caused to fl y down.

By classifying light and heavy grains in cereals and pulses according to specifi c gravity, the system discharges grains through diff erent outlets like 1st quality wheat, weak grain seeds – long grain and waste.

The fan adapted to the machine has a unique structure. The led lighting and plexiglas windows on the machine enable to see the interior and make adjustments.
