DEGERMINATOR

It is designed to separate the bran and germ “seed” material from the low-fat endosperm of corn.

The rotor of the Impact Degerminator is made of special alloy steel. It has an electroresistant steel sheet structure.

It has steel blades designed to effi ciently crush the beans and smooth the grains.

Performance can be optimized thanks to the possibility of changing the retention of the product in the machine by adjusting the advancing baffl es positioned on the machine. In addition, the machine allows dry germ removal of corn, eliminating the need for a system.

Generally, the machine is used in the production process of super refi ned corn fl our, beer, semolina and other refi ned corn products. The discharge cover determines the length of time the corn stays in the machine. While the tempered or dry corn is pushed forward by mixing and moving with the help of special channeled steel plates connected to the rotor in the machine, it is subjected to the process of crushing the corn by compressing and rubbing it in the machine. The crushed corn grains are rubbed and the oily part is sifted out. Germless corn grains are thrown out from diff erent outlets.
