DOUBLE ROLLER MILL (OPTIMUS IV)

It has been designed to grind cereal.

It is the most important machine to grind cereal in fl our and semolina mills. The selection of a roller mill is directly correlated with the quality and tonnage of fl our to be produced.

The roller mill is a system where crushing, cutting and pressing forces are applied together, and enables to obtain the desired particle size of semolina. In general there are two types as breaking roller mill and Liso roller miller. The breaking roller mill has a geared surface, whereas the Liso roller mill has a smooth surface. Breaking and Liso roller mills are determined according to the diagram. The feeding balls mounted on the upper section of the roller mill work in three groups and send the product to be ground to the balls of the roller mill homogenously. Gear characteristics and number of revolutions of feeding balls are determined according to the diagram.

Roller mills are produced as semiautomatic and full-automatic as per demand. Thanks to fully unfolding front covers, it is possible to replace balls as package in a practical way and as a set. Silent and oil-free working environment with time belt. With the PLC-controlled supply unit, it off ers easy calibration, hygienic working ambiance, and sensitive level control with Loadcells. The grain roller group which can be dismounted as a package prevents dusting by means of anodic-coated aluminum front curtains. They provide easy maintenance and cleaning.
