HAMMER MILL (DOUBLE LAYER)

It is used to grind all types of grainy cereals and various dry substances.

It is designed as two layered to provide minimum energy consumption and investment cost.

Hammer Mill should be fed at the same density with feeders as Converyors.

Product is gained at desired size by crushing with the blow of mills and passing through the sieves. Particle size is determined according the diameter of sieve holes.

Rotor Hammers are made of Hardox material which is a special and durable ingredients and exposed to heat treatment to provide a long life of usage.

The injector system is desingned at the bottom outlet of the machine, it can be easily adapted to pneumatic fan in addition to transporting the particles with an external fan to the needed distance.

It is suggested a magnetic tube connection before feeding to extend rotor life.

Capacity varies from dependently product and desired size of particles.
