HAMMER MILL WITH FAN (BEARING SYSTEM)

It is designed to grind foreign substances in wheat, rye, oats, corn and similar products in the food processing industry.

The rotor to which the hammers are attached protects the engine by taking the entire load of the rotor, thanks to a special cylindrical bearing system. The belt pulley system allows speed changes. Thanks to this system, the lifespan of motors and bearings is extended.

The pallets of the hammer mill are made of “hardox”, a special and durable material. The cast pallets, which are fi xedly attached within the machine, are designed and manufactured with a mixture formula containing manganese to prevent wear.

There is no need for any equipment to transport the milled products, and it allows the products to be transported horizontally or vertically up to 50 meters with the air it produces.

The body of the hammer mill is designed to work at diff erent angles and its position is adjusted according to the way it works.

It’s capacity varies depending on the granule shape of the milled product.
