VIBRO FLOUR FINISHER

The newly developed vibro fl our and dandruff brush has an 80% better performance. It provides more effi ciency with less energy as a result of having a modular system and increasing the rotor blades by 100% compared to the previous one.

It is designed to separate fl our particles that adhere to and remain in the bran in fl our and semolina factories.

By separating the fl our and ash particles in the bran, they are added to the system and the effi ciency is increased.

The bran, ash and stuck fl our particles entering the machine are dispersed and whipped by hitting the corners on the steel silks of diff erent microns during the spinning of the rapidly rotating rotor. Meanwhile, the fl our particles in the bran are thrown out of the silk. In the ash separation process, perforated sheet metal is used to separate silk and bran. Due to vibration, the sieve surfaces do not close and there is an increase in effi ciency between 1.9 and 5.6%.
