HAMMER MILL

It is designed to grind all kind of grains and various dry substances. Hammer Mill is supplied at same density with Conveyors regularly.

Products are obtained at desire size by crushing with the blow of hammers, passing through the sieves. The size of paricles are determined according to diameter of sieve holes.

Rotor hammers are produced with a special and sustainable mateirals as Hardox and they heat treated to ensure them a long life.

Hammers are mounted on easliy removed pernos to be able to change. Injection system is designed in bottom outlet of machine and adapted to pneumatic system readily.

Sieves are occured two pieces and they can remove smoothly.

The body is produced 12 mm sheet. The motor is coupled and leveraging is designed as coupling. There are three various models, motor options are available according to tonnage and intended use.

Driving Motor can change between 22 and 200 kw It is suggested to connect tubes prior to supplying to extend the usage.

Capasity can vary dependently desired particle size and products.
