SEMOLINA PURIFIER DOUBLE LAYER (JUMBO)

It is designed to clean and classify semolina.

It enables to classify semolina and separate bran in the production of semolina from hard wheat at semolina mills.

At flour mills it enables to obtain fl our with low-ash content from soft wheat. The semolina purifi er has great importance for the fi nal product.

The product is spread evenly on silk surface stretched over an aluminum frame. Sieving is performed in two or three layers according to the diagram. Thanks to aerodynamic air channel and air adjustment valves, uniform vacuum is produced on the sieve surface, and semolina are separated from the bran, and the classifi ed semolina is fed to the passages.

Aluminum sieves ensure that silk is removed and replaced in case of diagram changes, and that the removed silk can be used if required. Due to intensive fl ow of semolina, silks get loose in time, and in such cases, the aluminum sieve is removed and stretched again to assure maximum effi ciency.

The machine is driven by two vibrating motors, and works smoothly on rubber stoppers.
