SEMOLINA PURIFIER (JUMBO)

It is designed for cleaning and classifying semolina.

In semolina factories; In the production of semolina from hard wheat, it ensures the classifi cation of semolina and the removal of bran from it. In flour factories; It enables to obtain low ash fl our from soft wheat. The semolina purifi er has a great importance in the final product.

The finished product is distributed evenly on the silk surface stretched over the aluminum frame. Sieving is achieved in two or three layers according to the diagram. Thanks to the aerodynamic air duct and air adjustment valves, by creating an equal vacuum on the entire telora (sieve) surface, the semolina is purifi ed from bran and sent to the classifi ed semolina passages.

Aluminum teloras allow the silks to be removed and replaced with new ones during diagram changes, and enable the removed silks to be used again as needed. Due to the intense fl ow of the semolina, the silk becomes loose over time. In such cases, the aluminum telora is removed and re-tensioned to ensure maximum effi ciency.

The machine was driven by two vibro motors and operated smoothly and comfortably on rubber wedges.
