SEMOLINA IMPACT DETACHER

Semolina impact detachers are designed to increase effi ciency at appropriate passages in the fl our diagrams.

Just after roller mills or at the peak points of pneumatic tubes the semolina impact detacher can be suspended from the ceiling and used a right-angled elbow.

The machine spreads and crushes particles stuck to ground thin and medium semolina, and reduces ash amount.

The semolina impact detacher is produced as two separate models. In model 1, upper fi xed disk pins are round, whereas lower turning disk pins are square in shape. In model 2, both upper fi xed disk pins and lower turning disk pins are round conic in shape. All pins are hardened by thermal processing.

Various capacities and motor options are available upon request.
