DETACHER

When semolina is ground by means of roller mills, some of the semolina becomes fl aky. These small sheets of semolina cannot pass through the sieve and slide to back passages. This may lead to faults and impact the quality of the fi nal product. Sheets that do not pass through the sieve have to be distributed and the detacher enables to distribute these sheets.

Sticky products that enter the machine are crushed with the rotation of the rotor, and maximum effi ciency is achieved.
