CLEANING SEPARATOR

It is designed to separate foreign particles in the cereals.

It is used in the silo purifi er (preliminary cleaning) and cleaning separator (secondary cleaning) sections; it separates foreign matter like garbage, spike, dust and sand from the cereals, and a Horizontal Aspiration Canal is mounted on the chassis if a much eff ective cleaning is desired.

The Horizontal Aspiration Canal is exposed to a strong air current in the opposite direction of cereal fl ow before the cereal enters the purifi er, and separates foreign particles from the cereals. Since a great majority of the foreign particles in the cereals is separated at this point, purifi er cases are not blocked, and the purifi er is guaranteed to perform a more eff ective cleaning.

The separator has been designed in four-layers, and as the product enters the separator, it is distributed over the sieve surface equally at a distribution rate of 50% + 50%, and is suspended by special fl exible bars at four corners, and smooth and energy-effi cient operation of the machine is guaranteed with a fl ywheel drum which is mounted on the motor drum (case) and whose balance can be adjusted.

Replacement of sieves is very simple and easy. Although machine sizes are small, they work at high capacities. Various models and tonnage options are available upon request.

An Air Canal or Radial Air Separator can be mounted to the separator outlet.
