Density- and Vibration-Based Stone Separation
Purpose-built to remove stones, glass and high-density foreign matter that threaten product quality and the safety of downstream machines on cereal and legume lines. It delivers flawless separation across all granular products — wheat, barley, maize, chickpeas, beans, anise, thyme, sesame, rice and hazelnut.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Vibro-motor feed: linear oscillation from two vibro-motors spreads the product fully and evenly across a specially woven, high-strength steel-wire screen. Built-in aspirator and fluidised (“boiling”) bed: the integrated aspirator drives a continuous bottom-to-top air stream through the screen, lightening the product’s specific weight and holding it suspended (boiling) — a fluidised-bed effect. Reverse-flow stone discharge: the lightened kernels flow down the screen’s incline while heavy stones settle onto the wire; the special weave geometry strikes the stones upward, climbing them against the product flow and ejecting them.

ENGINEERING NOTE
The system’s success rests on perfect synchronisation of aerodynamic lift and mechanical vibration. The controlled pressure differential created by the built-in aspirator turns even a precise weight difference between grain and stone into flawless separation.
