High-Precision Seed & Grain Separating Cylinder
A refined engineering solution for separating round and long foreign matter with high precision — after mechanical screening and density separation. The Ultra Trieur Block flawlessly removes foreign seeds, barley, rye, lentils, broken and long grain, wild oat and other dimensional defects, raising product purity to the highest level.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Ultra-mixer technology: the grain mass entering the cylinder is continuously blended by a special ultra-mixer fitted outside the screw trough, ensuring every defective kernel contacts the indented liner surface. Precision pocket geometry: high-precision pressed pockets on the inner surface of the rotating cylinder trap round or broken matter and carry it upward in the direction of rotation. Central waste-collection trough: the lifted matter falls out of the pockets by gravity into a centrally located screw trough and is discharged independently by an integrated screw.

• Powerful, safe drive (pear-type gearbox): The motor power is transmitted to a purpose-built rigid gearbox (pear-type reducer), allowing the cylinder to start and stop smoothly, shock-free and safely even under load.
• Integrated lower-deck control: In long-grain, barley and wild-oat separation, dedicated control mechanisms can be applied to the lower decks to reduce product loss to zero.
• Flexible configuration & modularity: Deck count, cylinder length and liner pocket diameters (in precise grades) are fully configurable to the diagram purpose; a rich model range suits plant capacity.
ENGINEERING NOTE
Long-grain and round-grain trieurs work on entirely different mechanical principles and pocket geometries. By means of its modular body, the Ultra Trieur Block adapts quickly to the plant’s diagram, ensuring minimum downtime and maximum product purity.
