Stepwise separation and maximum product recovery

A high-performance cleaning machine for the precise separation of foreign matter, chaff, dust, sand and broken kernels. Owing to a specially developed 3-deck sieving mechanism, it not only removes foreign matter perfectly but also separates broken grain, returning it directly to production with no extra processing.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The machine has a three-stage separation geometry that brings the grain to the highest degree of purity. Top deck (coarse cleaning): catches coarse foreign matter, chaff and bodies larger than the grain and ejects them from the system. Middle deck (main grain separation): retains the sound kernels and routes them to the outlet; thanks to a counter-flow air stream at the outlet, the product is exposed once more to a strong air current via an aspiration channel or aspirator and is fully cleared of dust. Bottom deck (broken-grain recovery & fine cleaning): retains broken grain and directs it to the outlet for direct delivery to production, while the sand, dust and small foreign matter falling through the screen are removed from the system.

• Counter-flow aerodynamic aspirator: The reverse air-flow mechanism integrated into the product outlet lines separates micro-dust from the kernels at up to 99% efficiency.

ENGINEERING NOTE

Optional solution for maximum efficiency — horizontal aspiration channel. In plants needing more aggressive cleaning, a horizontal aspiration channel can be integrated at the machine inlet (onto the chassis). Working principle: before the grain enters the separator, a strong air stream is created against the flow direction, and the bulk of the light foreign matter is removed at this first stage. This prevents the screens from clogging and pushes the separator’s sieving efficiency to the maximum.
