Effective Separation and Maximum Cleaning Performance
Designed to separate foreign matter, chaff, dust and sand from grain with high efficiency. Its dual-function, flexible design allows it to serve confidently as a silo separator in pre-cleaning sections and as a cleaning separator in secondary-cleaning sections.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
For maximum cleaning, an optional Horizontal Aspiration Channel is fitted to the frame: a strong counter-flow air stream is created before the grain even enters the screening body, removing the majority of light impurities at this first point. Because coarse contaminants are cleared in advance, the sieve boxes do not clog, and screen life and cleaning quality are maximised.

ENGINEERING NOTE
Suspension system: the body is suspended at four corners on special elastic rods that absorb vibration and extend body life. Modular structure — different capacities are available to suit plant layout and capacity needs.
