Fine-Cleaning Separator
Specially designed for use in the fine-cleaning diagrams of flour and semolina mills. It separates foreign matter, chaff, dust, sand and all other unwanted foreign matter in the grain with high efficiency, safeguarding the quality of the finished product.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Vibratory body drive — balanced, dynamic sieving: the rigid body, suspended at four corners on special elastic rods, is driven by a balanced flywheel pulley fixed directly onto the motor drum (body); the machine thus performs its vibratory motion smoothly, troublefree and at minimum energy use. Aspiration-channel or radial-aspirator option — combined outlet filtration: grain size-separated on the sieve decks is, at the machine outlet, optionally routed into an integrated aspiration channel or radial aspirator, where the last airborne particles are removed and the downstream stations are protected.
