High-performance fine-cleaning separator

Specially designed for use in the fine-cleaning diagrams of flour and semolina mills. It separates foreign matter, chaff, dust, sand and all other unwanted foreign matter in the grain with high efficiency, safeguarding the quality of the finished product.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Horizontal aspiration channel integration — aerodynamic pre-filtration: when more effective cleaning is required, a horizontal aspiration channel mounted on the chassis creates a strong counter-flow air stream before the grain even enters the separator, and most of the foreign matter is removed here. Sieve-box protection — clog-free uninterrupted operation: with pre-cleaning of light and coarse matter in the aspiration channel, the separator’s sieve boxes do not clog, enabling continuous running at maximum cleaning efficiency. Vibratory body drive — balanced, dynamic sieving: the rigid body, suspended at four corners on special elastic rods, is driven by a balanced flywheel pulley fixed directly onto the motor drum (body); the machine thus performs its vibratory motion smoothly, trouble-free and at minimum energy use. Aspiration-channel or radial-aspirator option — combined outlet filtration: grain size-separated on the sieve decks is, at the machine outlet, optionally routed into an integrated aspiration channel or radial aspirator, where the last airborne particles are removed and the downstream stations are protected.
